Can I add a pool later?

Tell us about the pool you may want in the future, even if the Bungabox comes first. Planning the two together can help avoid awkward placement decisions.

Discuss my property

Reserve more than the pool footprint

Discuss deck space, equipment, access for construction, walking routes and how the new building will connect to the rest of the yard. Keep utility routes and drainage in the conversation.

Define the pool-house amenities

A bathroom, changing area, lounge, storage or kitchenette may be useful. Overnight sleeping or a full dwelling changes the program and needs to be discussed as part of the property review.

Coordinate before committing

A future pool is a separate scope unless it is expressly included in your proposal. Its feasibility, design, permits and cost need their own review. Tell us about existing pool plans or drawings if you have them.

Keep exploring.
