Choose the right program
A bathroom, changing area and lounge serve a different purpose than a dwelling with sleeping space and a full kitchen. Define your needs before choosing a model.
Connect the outdoor spaces
Consider the route to the pool, shaded seating, wet feet, towel storage and the relationship to your existing patio.
Plan future work together
If a pool is planned for later, discuss its likely location now so building placement, utilities and equipment access can be considered together.
