Pricing & Budget

A real price starts with your property.

Your model is the starting point. Where it sits, how it connects and the way you want it finished shape the total investment.

Built for you

Plan for the complete project.

Our focus is a complete Bungabox built on your property by Sunshine Custom Home Builders. The proposal should account for the work needed for your site, rather than leave you comparing a building-only number with a finished project.

We do not publish one installed price for every address. After reviewing your goals and property, we can discuss the scope, the information still needed and the path to a written construction proposal.

What shapes your budget?

Model & layout

Footprint, number of rooms, kitchen and bathroom needs, and any changes to the selected design.

Site & foundation

Access, clearing, grading, soil information, elevation and the foundation required for your project.

Utilities

Electrical service, water, sewer or septic, connection distances and any necessary upgrades.

Design & approvals

Survey needs, site planning, engineering, permit applications and applicable local fees.

Finishes & equipment

Windows and doors, roofing, cabinets, countertops, flooring, fixtures and the equipment specified in your proposal.

Outdoor work

Walkways, patios, landscaping and pools, where requested and expressly included in the scope.

From an early conversation to a clear proposal.

  1. Share your address and goals

Tell us the intended use, preferred model, timing and any target budget. An approximate budget range is useful even if you are still exploring.

  2. Identify the information needed

We discuss the property and identify survey, utility, design or feasibility questions that need more work. Paid services, if needed, are discussed before proceeding.

  3. Define the scope in writing

Your construction proposal will identify the work, inclusions, allowances, exclusions and project terms. Renderings help communicate ideas; the written scope defines what is included.

Compare proposals on the same basis.

Ask what is included

  • Foundation and site preparation
  • Water, wastewater and electrical work
  • Design, engineering, permits and fees
  • Interior finishes, appliances and HVAC
  • Exterior work, cleanup and final approvals

Have a budget in mind?

Include it in your property-review request. We can discuss priorities and explore whether a different model, finish selection or scope would be a better starting point. There is no automatic quote or commitment from submitting the form.
