Can I build a Bungabox on my property?

An open area in the backyard is a starting point, not the whole answer. The project address and intended use help us identify which questions to resolve first.

Discuss my property

Start with the address and the use

Tell us whether you want family living, a guest house, a rental, an office or an outdoor support building. A structure’s proposed use matters as much as its size. The address helps establish which city or county handles the review.

Look beyond the building footprint

A survey helps show boundaries, existing structures and easements. Placement also needs to account for access, parking, utility routes, drainage and any applicable flood or elevation requirements. We will identify what needs further review rather than assume open space is buildable.

Gather what you already have

Share the project address, ownership status, known HOA or deed restrictions, water and wastewater service, and whether a survey is available. You do not need every answer to make the initial inquiry.

Keep exploring.
